Why was I charged for a year without consent and how can I get a refund?

The service is bad; despite starting with a free trial, I've been automatically charged for a year without my consent. I never agreed to a year-long subscription and find your platform extremely unfriendly. It constantly tells me I don't have the right browser, and attempting to access support chat leads me nowhere. I want a refund.
