For denials, due to the high volume of submissions, Shopify doesn't provide feedback on individual applications. All the necessary details regarding requirements and considerations for eligibility can be found in our Help Center here. There is no specific requirement or formula to become a Shopify Affiliate. Each application is evaluated based on its own merits.
