Why was my ecommerce account suddenly terminated?

HI, 

 

My Shopify account got terminated with no warnings, I am doing everything right according to policy. I mailed many times to Shopify's legal department but no response. Please review my Shopify account again and let me know where I have done a mistake

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan. Click Pause or deactivate store. If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store. If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.  HCA Rewards

I completely understand your frustrations here. Thank you for providing all the details - you mentioned that you were in touch with our legal team already? If so, please make sure that you continue your communications with them as that is the best way get to the bottom of the issue and get an answer here.

 

You may find that after you respond to their emails, there is a wait time while they get back to you - this is totally normal, so please allow for the time and make sure that you are checking your main inbox as well as your spam/junk folder in your emails regularly, as sometimes our emails can end up there.
