Why was my new online store unexpectedly taken down?

I'm a new user to shopify, just recently started a store and purchased the "Kala" theme from them forest.

All I have done up to this point is connect my domain to the store, and installed the Kala theme that I purchased. I have not done anything else.

I came in today to get started working on the store to find out it was taken down for breaking some sort of ToS with 0 reasoning behind it.

Im having trouble believing the Kala theme is the problem as it has 5.1k downloads and the reviews showing it works fine for other people.

Which leads me to ask, what the heck happened?

This isn't exactly very welcome for a new user of shopify. I suppose another business wants my money, I just don't understand.

Well with it being a fresh store with only the "Kala" theme installed and nothing else, one can only assume it was taken down by the Kala theme or an error from y'all.

Shall I contact the support team where I purchased Kala and notify them, even though they boast 5.1k downloads with exceptional reviews.

Also, for clarity. The email says "this email address is not monitored and not to reply to it".
