Received an email that the partner account associated with our email address is disbled, the reason and solution of this is not mentioned in the email.
A Shopify app was submitted for review using this account last week. and the plan is already purchased for over a month now.
What could be the reason for disabling the account by Shopify?
How to recover the account?
Hey @KickStart.
Thanks for reaching out.
I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the partner account that has been disabled! In order for us to take a look into the partner account and provide insight, we will need to verify the partner account with you. Since we cannot authenticate you for the account in question using the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. It would be best and more secure to login to your partner account using our Partner Support Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, you should be able to reach out to a Partner Support Advisor directly. They would be in the best position to provide you with additional support about the situation.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for the response.
The problem is that I cannot access the Partner Support Contact Us page as the partner account is disabled.
Please suggest a workaround.
Hey @Ollie
Since the partner account has been disabled, we are unable to access the partner support page as well.
I am pasting the email from Shopify. I want to mention that we paid for the partner AppStore access a month ago and submitted the first-ever app. There are multiple similar apps on the Shopify store already, so it must be one of the allowed categories.
Shopify Email:
"Hi Kickstart Sync Solutions,
This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and account we believe your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify.
While we recognize this is not an ideal situation, we will not be able to help you with your business.
For security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our investigation.
Please note you are prohibited from creating any new Shopify partner accounts, apps or services on this platform
Once an account has been declined the decision is final.
Thank you,

I fail to understand the reason, looks like it's not the app rejection. It's like blocking a new user with first-ever app on Shopify from ever developing anything for Shopify. I fail to understand if it's due to the country, region, ethnicity, religion, or culture because there is no rejection of the first app we submitted. So it has to be any of the above information. I have not read anywhere on Shopify terms of services that Shopify will welcome the 99$ payment from Developers but will disable for life some developers of a certain ethnicity, or country (high-risk region) after submitting their first-ever app.
In short, A developer putting in months of effort learning and developing a Shopify plugin is told not reason about the "rejection for life". If this is about the nature of the first app, the rejection message should explain so and let the developer try some new app idea. WHY BLOCK HIM FOR LIFE ? This is only possible if you are blocking developers based on their origin, ethnicity, religion, or country. All those new comers to Shopify, read this before spending months of effort and money in learning shopify platform.
Could you solve this issue ? Something similar has happened to me
