Why won't it accept my SSN and name change for payment submission?

i am having trouble submitting data for payment annd when  it asks me for ssn it wont let me submit it i changed my name because i originally put a nickname but now i changed it  but it wont let me put the details

Well, for them you tried to commit a fraud by not giving a real name pal!! Now they will have to verify and will take some time and documents to be provided.
