Why won't my online store load on multiple devices?

Please what’s wrong with Shopify servers, mine has refused to load for the past 18 hours now I even tried it on phone and pc it’s not loading.
I’m getting “ this site can’t be reached”

Hi It's  working Fine from my end

I think there are some issues from your browser's 
please clear your browser's cache.

Steps clear your browser's cache for mac  - Safari

1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
4. Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.

In Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

Difficult to say as hard to know what the problem is your side, so you'll have to try and narrow it down:

- Clear you cache (although doubt that's the issue)

- Can you get to other websites

- Can you get to it on mobile when not on wi-fi (e.g. just on 4G)

- Are other Shopify websites accessible

- Can you access it via a VPN

- etc.

I'm currently facing the same problem.

Its been over 24 hours now.
No shopify store loads on both my mobile device and PC💔

I'm facing the same issue.

For me, my store loads on 4G and not on Wifi. It's been more than 12 hours.

Other shopify stores work fine.

Everyone having this problem are Nigerians. I’ve checked all the replies. My store is not loading also and I have a reoccurring charge for an app I have been trying to delete.

Unfortunately this problem isn't isolated only in Nigeria. There are multiple threads discussing this issue and I am currently experiencing the same issue here in the US. Just curious, has anyone been using a domain that was purchased by google and/or has been transferred to Shopify? I'm assuming this may be a part of the problem.

Same here many times my store seems fishy anyone getting actual sales from their shopify store?  Honestly nothing seems to get orders from customers.   I don't get how that kylie made the money she did on here.  Been on realty tv also lots of followers something not right.  Not sure but seems like a set up ..if anyone making money off shopify what got yours going?
