Why won't my Printify mock-up photos transfer to my store?

When I went to update the Mock-up photos and republished, the pictures did not transfer to Shopify.

I tried to delete the product and publish again...same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm, you're attempting to publish products from Printify to Shopify correct?

If so, there could be a few reasons as to why this may be occurring. These include:

• Being on a trial period
• Your shop is password protected
• You've exceeded your daily variant publishing limit

No longer on a trial, have only transferred a handful of items, the mock ups and inventory will not transfer, they come over as no images/mock ups and show as "sold out".

Same issue, and so frustrating. I've done everything that has been suggested: disconnect then reconnect my store, clear my cache, took the password off my store, re-published everything as new, tried a different browser, etc. etc. NOTHING makes a difference. I have 60 products, each with multiple variants and mockups, and NONE of my image files publish from Printify to Shopify. This is preventing me from being able to launch my business and generate revenue -- HELP!
