Why won't my product location save for fulfillment?

Help! I've been chatting with Shopify for days now and nobody is getting this sorted. I select a product and select location for fulfillment, and the save button won't highlight so now all my printful orders are coming into my shipping app. I have cleared cookies and browser, checked wifi speed, tried numerous browsers, and have tried from multiple devices. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
