Why won't my purchased domain connect to my online store again?

I bought a Domain for hotstinger, connected it to my shopify store it work for a month then all of it sudden it just disconnected while I paid for a year I've have tried connecting it back the same way I did the first time. Putting my A record and CNAME record but is not connecting at all! I am very exact with the information but it just won't connect again

If you have the Aname and Cname correct, there might have been some additional records which got added in the dns settings at hostinger, you would need to delete them. You can either dm us your domain name and hostinger details or reach out to Hostinger support for help and they will be able to do it for you.
