Why won't the Venture theme customizer open on my site?

We want to customize venture theme using customizer but when we try to open customizer it can't open. It shows the message like that, "The Theme you're looking for couldn't be found Check the web address and try again, or try navigating to the Theme Editor from Theme". 

We made duplicate themes, but on that theme, the customizer is not open.

We cleared browser's cache & cookies, tried it on different web browser but the problem is same, customizer does not open.

My problem is solved. I had added schema in the section. In that, data was added by going to the customizer. Later I removed that functionality.But here I only removed liquid code. Now I first removed the added data from the customizer and then removed the liquid code.
Whenever you remove a schema, first remove the data added to it from the customizer. Then remove liquid code. Now my customizer opens.
