Will aliexpress take the money from me when someone buys?

I use dsers to get my products from aliexpress and everytime someone orders a product from me it just gives me the money that the customer payed. But my question is why didnt it take my money from aliexpress, or who buys it from aliexpress and ships it there? Does anyone understand what I mean?

so i have to find the product on aliexpress, put in all thecustomers details and adress and then ship it like this manually?

Generally speaking when you are using a third party app like DSERs the product is synced to your store so when the customer places the order the flow should look like this:

Customer places order on store.

Payment delivered to merchant.

Merchant confirms order and enables fulfillment through their third party app.

App charges merchant account and fulfills order, sending it to customer.

If your orders are not syncing to your app providing your fulfillment service I would reach out to them directly for support in troubleshooting that.

I'm having a similar problem, its just that I think I typed in the costumers payment info into aliexpress which I think charged them again. I have all the money from the order on shopify, none of it was taken out and used on the Aliexpress order. Does anyone know what I mean? Did I mess up? Please help.
