Will my data remain intact after upgrading Shopify to version 2.0?

When Shopify upgrades from version 1.xx to 2.0, is the information will be intact after upgrading to 2.0?
I use the Bloomreach application and when integrating it the Shopify information is automatically loaded, I want to confirm that no information is lost within the Shopify updates.
