Wondering if a store is safe to buy from?

I have concerns about whether or not this shop is safe to buy from, but wondered if there was any way to verify its legitimacy. There are no reviews of the site anywhere, and though I want to buy from it there are too many red flags to ignore. I don't know where else to ask about this, so I made this account just to ask this.

The website is:

https://cardsonlineshoop.myshopify.com/

My first red flag is the site has no name. Like, there's no company name anywhere so I can't even Google the shop in any way. The only thing in the website's top banner is plain text that says "April Deals". There's no home page or anywhere that identifies the site. (Also the fact the site URL contains "shoop", instead of "shop")

The seller's contact information is listed at the bottom of their site, but I don't think I can post it here as it is technically "personal information". The important note though is that the store is listed as being located in Montreal. And yet pages like this (https://cardsonlineshoop.myshopify.com/products/digimon-beginning-observer-booster-box-bt16-preorder...) have notes at the bottom of the page like this:

Boxes for Dash Pack Promotions must be purchased or collected physically when an order is picked up at Prodigy Games located in Lake Worth, FL.

Prodigy Games looks like a real shop that most likely this MyShopify page has just copied and pasted when they made their site. That is obviously sketchy as well, but maybe they were just being lazy because they had hundreds of pages to make for a site like this. Being lazy doesn't mean they aren't trying to actually sell items, but definitely a huge red flag again, on top of Prodigy being in Florida and the MyShopify shop being supposedly located in Montreal.

My third issue is their prices. Since I only just found this site today, I don't know how often they have sales or how big their typical sale is, but for what I was looking for (Digimon cards in particular), the deals are unheard of, and honestly don't make a lot of sense in some cases. First, many of these items are half or even two-thirds off regular price. It's not *impossible* that a site would offer these prices on a deal, but I have personally never seen these items being sold this low. And by far the biggest items that don't make sense to be on these deep discount sales are pre-order items that aren't even released yet (refer back to the second URL I pasted, referring to the Prodigy Games part). How can a store sell a pre-order item for a third of the price?

Sorry for this being so long, but considering all my concerns, I would like one of two outcomes: either assurance that there is some way to hold the site accountable if the shopping experience doesn't end up being legitimate or a way to have the site investigated and potentially taken down to prevent anyone from being scammed.

This is an accepted solution.

I considered calling, but I also don't want to call or email something I'm concerned may be a scam, since then they have more of my information than I want them to have. I have looked into the Paypal terms on refunds, and think they should be safe to cover me on that front, but then I think "but what if this shop just wants my shipping details?". I don't think I can buy from this place because it just feels too sketchy, but I just wanted to know if there was a way within Shopify to have them taken down as a scam site if anything were to happen, or a way to report them to Shopify as a potential concern?

** EDIT: I found the "Report an Issue with a Merchant" page, so I will send a report just in case.

Have you actually tried calling their phone number? 🙂

Excellent analysis otherwise.

Another red flag -- the only payment method is PayPal. No social networks is also suspicious.

I guess no one can give you 100% assurance except paying with PayPal should make it much safer for you.
