I’m working on something that lets you do just that.
It’s an AI tool that sounds completely human and can call your customers at scale — asking them simple but important questions:
– How was their experience?
– Why didn’t they complete checkout?
– What would bring them back?
For example:
AI asks: “Was there anything that stopped you from completing your order?”
Customer replies: “Honestly, I couldn’t find your return policy, so I didn’t feel comfortable buying.”
That kind of insight goes straight into your interactive dashboard, where you can start seeing trends, real quotes, and smart suggestions — all without sending a single email or form.
I’m in early testing right now — would something like this help your Shopify store?
This sounds like a great idea, especially for post-abandonment learnings. One workaround for you to start validating it now is to connect it to call forwarding services or integrate it with tools such as Twilio Voice.” You can also manually run calls based on abandoned checkout data exports to simulate scale as you perfect the AI scripts and ascertain the quality of the response.
This sounds really interesting and a fresh approach compared to traditional feedback forms or emails. Getting real spoken feedback could help uncover issues that regular surveys miss. For stores with a high cart abandonment rate, this kind of insight would be valuable.
Personally, I would love to see how customers respond to an AI call and whether they feel comfortable with it. If it feels natural and not robotic, I can see this being a great tool for improving checkout experience and customer trust. Definitely worth testing, especially for stores struggling with conversions.
