Wrong shipping information

I  have been facing a wrong shipping information on Google rich results. I have not implemented the schema too. I haven't mention such delivery exact time information on pages and shipping page. I can't able to findout how to fix this. So I am asking for help from experts from this community. Please suggest me to the right action for solving this.
