www.4x4z.com.au is a scam online shop using Shopify setup by Zoltan Petho from Wauchope NSW. It is offering 4wd accessories. Customers pay for products online and are led down the garden path and products not sent. The site is currently unavailable. What are Shopify doing to stop illegal practices on their domain?

I definitely understand where you're coming from and would be happy to share some insight on how we can help. To confirm, did you place an order from this shop? 

As Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell online, we are unable to manage day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. We do however, encourage you to check out our Order FAQ Page for more information on how to handle your order. 

We encourage you to connect with the shop directly for an update on your order. They will be able to share more information with you and answer any other questions that you may have. If you have reached out to the shop but didn't receive a response, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. They will be able to share more information with you on how to retrieve those funds. 

Additionally, if you believe the stores you purchased from are using Shopify as a platform, you can fill out our Report An Issue Form for further investigation. It's important to note however, that Shopify is a platform used by many merchants to sell both online and in person, and would not have access to their day-to-day operations or orders.

I cannot report an issue with an order as the site 4x4z.com.au is currently unavailable. It will not accept tge URL. In short the goods weren't delivered and attempts to contact them for a refund have been ignored. Got ripped off. I have reported to bank

I'm think ive jist got conned by the same person.

I have a picture and contact details.

Would you think it's the same person?

Have you meet him ? 

I'm pretty paranoid because he now has smy address and details and has come to my house after I've purchased and item through marketplace,I did payid infront him sent receipts and now his saying the payid has gone through to a diffrent account somehow.

Report it to your bank as a scam. He's not hiding his profile, just a scumbag
