Why is character limit in product descriptions causing Shopify and Xero sync issues?

I am using the FETCH app to sync invoices from our store to Xero .Currently half the Invoices are not syncing and both FETCH and XERO seem to have excuses. What they do both agree on is that the product descriptions are too long for certain items (more than 30 characters) and that these are not syncing with Xero.My issue is that our Description is set within our distribution agreement and is structured to ensure our SEO Description is consistent with our International sites.I would appreciate it if somebody can assist me to understand why there is a limit to the characters and if this can be sorted out on the Shopify backend.(Example of the issue attached )
