The amount on my invoice for my yearly shopify subscription does not match the amount deducted from my credit card. Does anyone know why?

Thanks for letting us know about this.
In this situation I would check your current invoices again, to see if there are any other charges there in addition to your subscription charge such as an app charge, shipping label charges, etc.
I'd also check to see if your invoice is in one currency that is being converted by your bank or card supplier, meaning the converted amount would differ.
