I have been dealing on how to solve this issue but it still persist. My website is also not going and I have subscribe for 1 dollar free trial for 30 days. How can I resolve these or contact Shopify support directly

Since we do not have store or account-specific access to information from the Community forums, I encourage you to speak with our live support about this situation. With that being said, you can get in direct contact with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. 


When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
