All things Shopify and commerce
Hey there,
My subdomain promo.thedogslanding.com has an error.
"Open your domain provider's DNS settings for promo.thedogslanding.com and assign shops.myshopify.com to its CNAME record. Note: DNS updates can require up to 48 hours to take effect. Learn more about common domain errors. "
But I've already added this CNAME record and more than 48 hours have passed.
I'm using this domain for Sendlane app (Email/marketing app that we use for sending emails). Has some other CNAME records too related to this.

I'm trying to setup google postmaster too. Added TXT and CNAME records related this. Also giving me error:
"Your DNS TXT verification record was not found. You might need to wait a few minutes before Google sees your changes to the TXT records. Please try again."
I'm puzzled about this. The reason I'm trying to do this is setting up Google Postmaster and hopefully increase the reputation of the sending domain. It goes to the spam when it's a Gmail account when we send email from Sendlane. Other providers are fine so far.
Thanks for the help in advance
It sounds like there might be a conflict with multiple CNAME records. Ensure you only have one CNAME record for promo.thedogslanding.com pointing to shops.myshopify.com.
For Google Postmaster, double-check that your TXT record is correctly formatted.
If issues persist, contacting your DNS provider for assistance might help resolve the conflicts.
If this fixed your issue, likes and accepting as a solution are highly appreciated.

I'm using Sendlane to send emails and it requires me to use its records. I can't use just one CNAME record on my domain. Do you have any other ideas?
Also TXT record is correctly formatted. Just copied and pasted really.
DNS provider is shopify itself. Thats actually why I'm here 😄
Hey there, @james_burns220! Thanks for taking the time to follow up on your thread here!
We're unable to authenticate users here in the community, so I'm unable to access your store details, account details, or your DNS settings for your domain. With that being said, if your domain host is Shopify and 48 hours has passed (I mention this because of your mention of that message in your original post) then I recommend you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team so we can take a look at things for you.
