When I attempted to make a payment on my store, I encountered an error message stating, "Your payment details couldn't be verified. Check your card details and try again." What's puzzling is that I hadn't even entered my card details at that point, yet I still received this message. I am in need of urgent assistance to resolve this issue.

Can you clarify what kind of payment you are trying to do? Are you trying to place an order on your store or you're attempting to pay for a Shopify bill?

If you can provide any screenshots (excluding sensitive information) that would be really helpful as well.

I was trying to place an order on my store. I wanted to see how the process works, and I was hoping there wouldn't be any issues. However, when I was making the payment, it showed that the Your Payment Details Couldn’t Be Verified. Check Your Card Details And Try Again.

Thanks for the clarification. Did you ever enable test mode for payments on your store? This might be what's causing the issue. Which payment gateway are you using specifically?
