This is starting to get frustrating. Without explanation starting on December 1st all payouts for my store were put on hold. I submitted all info and documents as soon as they were requested - as well as submitting new extra information when the "follow up" email asked for more. My small business has been using Shopify for close to three years without issue until now. There is a sizable amount of money put on hold which is needed in order to meet customer demand during our busiest season ever, Christmas.
Hoping the Shopify team can help me out with resolving this in a timely manner

Problem still persist ? they are blocking my payout for 10 days now !!
I highly recommend you to collect and download all of your data. After my payouts blocked for 1 week my shopify account is terminated today. Which was a 40 day 2000 order store btw. They did not provide me with any information before they terminated my accout, saying that i violated some AUP which i strongly dispute. I am looking for a solution.
