Your Shopify Payments information couldn't be verified

hello, i am waiting for past 3 to 4 days as i have submitted the required documents for shopify payments verification and still i am not verified.. the ID was good and i have submitted the adress verification as well but they rejected it in first 2 times and when i resend that information 3rd time they are taking all the time in the world to verify it. i have contacted the support and no help from their side aswell. anyone here who can help me with this..

It can sometimes take a few days for our payments team to review the documentation you have provided and you should receive an email from us when it has been reviewed. I appreciate that the wait can be frustrating but if you have provided the documents that have been asked for then you have done what is needed and our team will review what has been provided. You'll receive an update from our team as soon as we have one to share.
