There is no way to get support on this site. It's just a loop of the same three pages that all point to each other. I've only come here today to get an answer to a question that will decide if I consider SHoipify for a client of mine. And after spinning a little in your subversive support channel I think I know the answer.

I found the answer. You have to go to the facebook page and bother them there. That's the only way to find a support channel

You can follow the following steps to contact support with no going around. You can also grab this promotion $1 for 3 months and compare your store performance and features from the client's old website provider.
1. Click this link, Contact Shopify Support, and log in to your store.
2. You should be routed to the page like the image below.
3. Then select Starting Store. This will open another page like below.
4. Scroll down and you should see the options to contact Shopify Support.
I am having the same issue. Taking me in a loop and won't let me get in contact or on the phone with anyone. There is no Get Support option with (Chat with us) and (Request a callback).
Clearly something is wrong with Shopify right now.

YOu are not here to help! It is an endless loop... I have tried to contact someone for weeks and NOTHING!!! This is insanity!
The same problem applies to me. taking me for a loop and preventing me from speaking to or making phone calls to anyone. (Chat or callback) do not have a Get Support option.
I am giving TalkAgent live chat or call services to our many shopify clients. If anybody update please inform me then i will update to our client and will provide better support.
