Hi,
while testing our POS I accidentally refunded a purchase that was made in September 2020.
Any way to reverse this or stop this? Its quite embarrassing to contact the customer after half a year.
@Farok – as far as I know this response to How to void the accidental refund by @Rob55 still holds true.
TL;DR:
You will have to contact the customer to re-issue the original transaction.
