Shopify Payments requested me to upload ID and utilities bill.

I uploaded my personal ID and Shopify says that the name is wrong which is not true. I think maybe Shopify thought that my first name is my last name but otherwise I don't know why it should not be true. I also could not upload a utility bill where my name is on me because I don't pay the utility bill so there only is my last name on it. What should I do now? Can maybe somebody from Shopify help me with that problem.

Essentially, this ID rejection happens when the details you entered into the Shopify Payments onboarding, do not correspond with the ID you are uploading. OR it might be asking for a business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) when you click into the upload banner. Can you let me know if that is the case?

If it is looking for a Gewerbeanmeldung or a proof of address, such as a utility bill (Versorgungsrechnung), then you will need to upload one of the following docs:

Identity Documents

• Reisepass (Passport)
• Führerschein (Driver's license) — scans of front and back are required
• Personalausweis (Identity card) — scans of front and back are required
• Aufenthaltstitel (Residence permit) — scans of front and back are required

Adressendokument

• Anmeldebestätigung Meldebescheinigung (Proof of residence)
• Wohnungsgeberbestätigung/Vermieterbescheinigung (Landlord letter)
• Utility bill -> Versorgungs-Rechnung
• Bank Kontoauszug
• Hypothek Brief
• Amtlicher Brief

Company/Entity Documents

• Steuerbrief
• Gewerbe-Anmeldung (Trade registration)
• Gewerbeschein (Trade license)
• Handelsregisterauszug (Commercial register extract)
• Jahresabschluss (Financial statements)

Danke für die schnelle Antwort, dass problem ist nur das ich diesse Dokumente hochgeladen have und diese nicht akzeptiert wurden. Ich habe einen Personalausweis und eine Versorgung Rechnung Hochgeladen. Ich denke das Problem könnte sein das bei der Versorgungs-Rechnung nur mein Nachname zu sehen ist da diese Rechnung von einer anderen Person mit einem anderen Vornamen bezahlt wurde. Ich weis jetzt aber nicht was ich machen soll da ich die Versorgungs-Rechnungen nicht bezahle. Was soll ich nun tun soll ich nochmal genau das selbe hochladen oder was könnte ich sonst machen?
