What staff permission needs my team member, to be able to create a test order and thus check the e-mail dispatch? Thanks in advance 🤗🤔

For your staff member to create a test order they simply go into the storefront and bring a product to the checkout. This will generate an order confirmation email that will be sent out to the email the staff member entered into the checkout. Is it that what you mean?

Any staff member can test this using test orders, because they are an important tool to test the so called "checkout friction" and User Experience (UX) of all visitors. You can use 3 types of test orders to test such scenarios.
