My store's primary currency is euros and all my products are in euros, but on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, some products show in dollars, euros, and others in Danish kroner. I’ve enabled “Use local currencies” in Shopify, but how do i make all products to be shown in euros only across all platforms and not change the currency. How can I adjust the settings Shopify sends to ensure consistent pricing in euros everywhere?
Hi Jim, thank you very much for your answer. I am in Denmark and when i tag products to Instagram, I ses some of my products in DKK, € and others in $, so maybe something else is wrong?
Thank you so much, i have 3 markets Denmark, Europe and USA for all of them i chose "use local currency". Every market has a catalog, every catalog is in Euros. My instagram is kolekto.dk and most products are shown to me in DKK but on attached post the products Nyhavn and Artwall Copenhagen are in DKK but The Lakes is in $. The 3 products are made at the same time (in Shopify) from the same template but still the currency is not the same.
