Does Headless for Dev course require a paid plan?

Hi, I'm currently taking the Headless for Dev course and it appears in order to complete the final exercise I need a paid plan to use the Hydrogen app and deploy to Oxygen. Requirements say I can't even use a trial plan. Is this correct? I'm taking the course so that I can build headless stores in the future.

Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. This is where I'm at: https://academy.shopify.com/path/headless-at-shopify-for-developers/hydrogen-best-practices/1879594/.... It appears to me I need a paid store account in order to add Hydrogen and deploy to Oxygen. Is that correct?

You're in the right idea. Currently, hosting with Oxygen requires at least a Basic plan.
