Hello Community,
I am in the process of doing the Shopify Academy Learning Path for the Foundations Certification. When I complete each Segment, there is a little quiz. When I pass the quiz, I get an email that unlocks the next segment and my profile is updated to reflect that I passed the previous segment. Pretty straightforward.
On the third segment, it shows that I completed 7 of 7 lessons, but it is not show that the segment is complete at the top of the section or on the progress bar in my profile. It only shows 2 or 8 lessons completed instead of 3 - and shows 7 of 7 lessons instead of "complete". Does anyone have any insight as to why? Does it have something to do with multiple quiz attempts? If so, does it reset after a set period of time?
Any insight is appreciated. Thank you community!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Education & Certifications board.
I can relate how it feels when the status was yet to catch up with the progress. I've discussed this with our course team, and they have confirmed that the completion status is now being displayed.
Whenever you have a moment, could you log back in and check if the status is now appearing as it should?
