How to remove the quantities left from each product page using the Dawn theme?

From the customizer if you open the product template, you will probably find an inventory block under product information section. Hide or delete it.

You can do that by removing Inventory status block from your product template in Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize > Products > Default product > Product information
