Are there any in-person training opportunities for Shopify Foundations Certifications in Europe? (preferably United Kingdom or Romania, or other) -could be provided by either Shopify or Certified Partner,

At the moment, we do not offer any in-person training for Shopify Academy. That said, I have shared your suggestions with the course team for their future planning and considerations of expanded offerings.
