Link to Shopify Academy bulk purchase not working.

Hi,

I have purchased a Shopify Development Fundamentals Assessment for 6 people couple of weeks ago, but the link is no longer working. I have tried to connect to the support, but there is only this unhelpful chatbot that gives irrelevant answers. Since this was purchase for someone, I would really need to resolve this asap..

Is there a reason for the link not working and how could I get this resolved, please?
