Shopify Development Fundamentals Exam - Badge not issued

Hi,

I took Shopify Development Fundamentals Exam, with retake, and passed it with 87% of score.
In the Academy profile section it just show the status as passed and also got an email saying passed the exam.

But Credly badge not issued.

Can someone help me figure out how to get the badge?

Hi @edoardomazzon 

That sounds like a delay in the badge issuance process. One, double-check that your email address via Shopify Academy and in you Credly account is identical, mismatch problems can get developed. 

After those are identical, try singing in to Credly (https://www.credly.com/) and see if your badge pending "My Badges".

If it's still not there, reach out to Shopify Academy Support through their help center or email academy@shopify.com with your exam details. They usually resolve these issues within a business day or two.

After checking, I wrote directly to the email academy@shopify.com and in two days resolved the issue.
