Hi Team,
My colleague is currently unable to log in to his Shopify Partner account. When attempting to his account account, he receives the following message:
"An account with this email exists, but is connected to Google instead."
He's been using the correct email address and have tried signing in multiple times, but the issue persists.
This is particularly urgent as he is planning to take the Shopify certifications, for which email access is necessary.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so that he can regain access to his account?
If additional information is required, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it.
