Why aren't all my Shopify Academy certification badges showing in Credly?

Hello,

After successfully completing the Shopify Academy Foundations Certification, only one of the eight certification badges is showing as public in Credly. Six of the course badges are shown on my Credly profile but set to private (not editable by me) which means I am unable to share them to socials, and one of the badges (Foundations: shopify 101) is not showing at all. This is really frustrating after having spent a lot of time completing the courses. See screenshot below. 

I saw others that had a similar issue seemed to be resolved by waiting a few days, but in my case the certifications were completed and awarded weeks ago - see example below completed on 8th Feb 2024.

Please advise how to resolve.

Hi @carolina-d 

The 8 course badges are designed to mark the completion of modules. They are currently set to private on Credly to assist course takers in tracking their progress. The one public badge you are currently seeing is a result of a technical glitch, which our education team is actively investigating. Once the issue is resolved, it will likely be reverted to private.

As for public badges, upon passing the certification exam, you will receive a shareable certification badge that will be visible on Credly. It can be shared on your social profiles. Please refer to our FAQ post for specific steps (Point 14 & 15).
