Why can't I access the Google sheet in the Customer Value Optimization course?

In Boost Sales with Customer Value Optimization course, Intro to business evaluations section, there is a link to download a spreadsheet which I don't have access to! The message indicate that I need a permission to access the file i.e. switch my gmail logged in account.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

 

I've checked and can see the permission is set as open to anyone who has the link. However, in a case when a member uses alternative email to log in their Google account, it may take some additional setup with Google. Our course team is aware of this and has submitted a request to address it. 

 

In the meantime, feel free to download the attached CSV file for your learning purposes. You can import it into your preferred spreadsheet application, make edits, and use it for your learning needs.
