The goal of this flow is to find orders that haven't been delivered in 15+ Days end up on a google sheet. Attached are screenshots of the setup.

Sorry for the delay. Initially I didn't notice anything wrong, but I see you are using {{ order.displayAddress }} which is an object not a field and there is no way to just print that out. Try substituting, {{ order.displayAddress.address1 }} to see if it works.
