Apply Tag to Specific products at specific time

Would love to have a Flow that applies a certain Tag to a certain list of SKUs at a specific time. And then in turn, remove the tag at a specific time. 

This is basically to turn on and off sales at specific times. 

This is my idea.

I have a Collection called SALE that is in my menu. It only shows IF there are products in it. 

Products only populate based on tag. 

At certain time before sale, apply the tag to the products so the collection is no longer empty. Collection will then appear in the main menu. 

When the sale ends, the flow removes the tag which removes the products and hides the collection.

I really want to do this with a flow rather than adding more and more apps to my store.

I understand this description but to get this done, do you have CRM integration to your Shopify store?

If yes, which one is it?

I am NOT using a CRM that connects to Flow. I guess in a way i would need something for this to work.

Oh okay but there will be a need to integrate one to enable the flow setup
