Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
Could someone please review the flow to check if I’ve set up the conditions correctly? If not, I’d appreciate guidance on how to set them up properly.
I want an automated email sequence for the thiscampaign, where follow-up emails are sent based on customer behavior:
If a client opens and clicks the guide → Send Email A.
If a client opens but doesn’t click → Send Email B.
If a client doesn’t open at all → Send Email C.

I believe the workflow setup is okay but here's a little opinion.
If the customer opened the mail but did not take action then you can send a reminder email to download the guide not to contact.
And if the customer do not open the mail at all, then you can send more info and convincing reasons why they need the guide.
