Automatic tag order not working as expected

I have created a flow that every time an order is paid this and if it`s not a risk order then tag this order with a specific tag. But i noticed that not all orders have the tag i want. Some order are tagged and some not. I thougth it was with flow, but the flow appears complete and everything went well. I thing there is some delay between shopify flow and shopify admin . I need help please.

We'd have to see the workflow to see the conditions you've set, and why it's not triggering for certain orders. Would you be able to reach out to Shopify support? They'll be able to help you 1 on 1 with the issue. Sorry! It's tough to help out without seeing it myself.
