Can I auto-tag customers entering a specific segment?

I want to make a flow that automatically adds a tag to customers entering a specific shopify segment. Is there a way to do it?

Not yet, but better integration between Flow and Segmentation is in our roadmap. I don't know exact timing yet.

There is already email integration, so yes once we have segmentation in Flow, you would be able to work with segments + email

Why this is an accepted solution? It has yet not been solved, and it has been more than a year since it was written... 

No solutions yet, as anything shopify does. Shame of company, and we are paying for this.

Flow now provides triggers when Customer joins segment that can be used with actions such as Add customer tags to achieve the initial goal.
