I have a question about Klaviyo. I want to welcome my new subscribers to an different email than the default from shopify. To do so I was thinking to open a flow on Klaviyo. The problem is, will the customers receive 2 emails, one from Shopify and one from Klaviyo? How could I avoid that?

You cannot switch off a lot of the notification emails from Shopify so they would still receive them. In Klaviyo you could style a welcome email as it would be secondary from your order emails and you could even set a delay so they don't arrive the same time. I did read somewhere that Shopify support can switch off some notifications when you are using an app that already does it but not sure if they still do that.
