Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
We have been utilizing the "Capture payment if order is not high fraud risk" flow and it has been working great. We have run into an issue with the Shopify Installments payment method due several clients needing to cancel orders prior to shipment.
If we capture payment of a low risk order for $2000 and the payment method is Shopify Installments (backed by Affirm) we are going to be charged $100-200 for the transaction fee even if the client cancels the order!
Is it possible to edit the action to exclude high risk and Shopify Installments orders from auto-capturing?
I'm guessing there will be a way to determine whether the order used installment payments by inspecting the data in the order, but it would be hard for me to say for sure without looking at that particular order.
You may be able to define a condition for this by evaluating against order.paymentGatewayNames but I'm not sure so you should verify that against your data.
