Change Product Status by Set Date using Flow

I need to create a flow for specific products or tags for items in my store. Much of the store is pre prder and closes by set date. I want the active status to change to 'draft'. There is an 'update product status' option now, but I cant seem to provide the information it needs in a block prior?

Has anyone got this, or can step it through for me to create it. I am happy for this to be per pridcut using the product ID or a specific Tag

You probably want to do something like:

• Scheduled time trigger (date in the future)
• Get product data (using a tag or something to get the products you care about)
• For each (product)
  • Update product status
