Customizing Flow Theme - Navigation

I am trying to have the navigation on my website be a burger menu instead - any idea how to do that?

I also have my logo in the header in white but when I scroll, I need a hover effect so that it doesn't blend with the white background.

Final thing, the headline font size doesn't change. I've increased it to 48px but it's still at the same size.

Would really appreciate the help. 🙂
