Does Shopify's Shipping Confirmation Flow Work with Packlink?

Hi! I´m shipping thru Packlink and I want to use the shipping confirmation flow from Shopify, but I´m not sure if the variant of the tracking no. is going to work. 

Does anyone know how this variant: {% elsif fulfillment.item_count > 1 %} populate ?
