I am using shopify abandon checkout email automation but when I am making a condition on abandonment.customer.note emails are not triggered (action showing not completed) but under the automation, it is showing succeded but no email is trigeer.

we are savings event in Note in abandon checkout.

can anyone please help, thanks in advance.

There aren't enough details in your request. If you could provide a few screenshots, making sure to blur out any customer details, that would be helpful

Sure, please check the abandoned checkout screenshot where i have mentioned the string in notes and check another screenshot of the automation flow where i have cleralry mentioned the condition even after when in notes we will get #LAST_ACTION_SHOPIFY_ORDER_SUCCESSeven after email get triggered

Can you find the run for that workflow in marketing automation? It will show why the email wasn't sent. The condition summary suggests you are using "does not equal" but your text suggests you want to send the email if they are "equal".

No i have made a condition that does not include which is the right condition if Notes = #LAST_ACTION_SHOPIFY_ORDER_SUCCESS in that case email should not trigger but if any other text in the notes email should triggered

Yes i find that workflow run in automation marketing but that is not solving my purpose
