Email non subscribed customers through Flow

I have a created an event page and have a registration form.

I would like to send an automatic email to all customers who register for the event...even if there are not subscribed to my marketing list

I have created this flow but all of them come back negative as client haven't registered

please advise

Hi TBS2023, the `Send Marketing Email` action can only send to customers that have subscribed to marketing emails, else it's spam.
